The company Urbet Electric Motorcycle revealed, on April 18, details of its electric motorcycle Urbet Lora, which is gaining attention as the future of electric motorcycles, featuring cutting-edge technologies. The vehicle boasts a range of 300 km and will have a top speed of 150 km/h, being homologated as a 125cc. The official presentation of the electric motorcycle is scheduled by the Spanish company from Marbella for early May. The manufacturer, specialized in electric two-wheeled vehicles, Urbet, has gained prominence in a few years for providing scooters and motorcycles with a cost-effective approach based on models produced in China, which are also found in other manufacturers like the original Ego and the sporty Nura.

It is worth noting that the electric motorcycle will have two versions. The first, mentioned earlier, will have a range of 300 km with a full battery charge, which is the largest in the market currently, and, according to the company, will be the main sales asset of the Urbet Lora S.
The second accessible version of the electric motorcycle did not have its data revealed regarding its range or battery capacity, but the company states that its price will be lower and the range will also be reduced.

The vehicle’s name is inspired by the municipality of Lora del Rio in Seville, where the idea to launch the model originated, according to Santiago Díaz-Pache, the founder of the Spanish brand.
The place that inspired the vehicle is very peaceful, situated in the Guadalquivir Valley, surrounded by mountains and fields. The model will be the first from the manufacturer to feature connectivity with a mobile app aimed at providing various information about the motorcycle and its riding style. Additionally, it will have the capability of calculating the remaining battery range with greater accuracy, due to artificial intelligence software.
According to Santiago, there was still a motorcycle missing in their catalog that would allow circulation not only in the city but also through the mountains, or to make long journeys surrounded by nature without invading it, finding people’s mobility and respect for the environment, with no emissions and more range than ever. As mentioned above, the brand will represent the Urbet Lora on the 13th of next month at the MOMA 22 Motorcycle Show, which will take place in Malaga, Spain, from the 13th to the 15th. Besides the final design of the electric motorcycle, the company will also reveal all the technical data of the model.
