The New Itaipu Competition Forecasts The Filling Of 1,000 Positions, Of Which 31 Are Immediate. Announcement Released!
The long-awaited announcement of the Itaipu competition has just been released and, in total, the competition will offer 1,000 positions at the technical, medium, and higher levels, with 31 immediate positions and the rest for the reserve list. With starting salaries reaching R$ 8,902.45 for higher-level positions, R$ 5,071.34 for technical level, and R$ 4,005.76 for medium level.

For Mid-Level Professionals

As provided in the announcement, for the position of security agent, mid-level education and a driver’s license in category “B” or higher is required, as well as valid armed escort training or valid armed escort recycling course, conducted by an establishment authorized by the Federal Police, and a minimum of six months of experience in service as a guard or in a Public Security agency.

Phases Of The Itaipu Competition
As provided in the announcement, candidates for the competition will be evaluated through the following stages:

Work at SAMU! Applications are open for a position with a salary of up to R$ 13,000 in a new public tender offering over 500 opportunities for high school, technical, and university levels. The selection process will have 6 stages and contracts of up to 3 years.

- Objective Tests;
- Discursive Tests (only for the positions of lawyer, journalist, public relations, and photo reporter);
- Physical Aptitude Test (only for the position of security agent).
The objective and discursive tests will be held on January 21, 2024, and for the positions that will include the discursive stage, the test will last a total of four hours and 30 minutes. For the other positions, the objective test will last a total of three hours and 30 minutes.
Registrations For The Itaipu Competition And Complete Announcement
Registrations for the Itaipu competition can be made between October 23 and November 13, since the tests are scheduled for January 21, 2024, through the Cebraspe website, CLICKING HERE.
Candidates will need to pay a registration fee for the Itaipu competition, as stated in the announcement. The registration fee varies between:
- Higher Level: R$ 119.13
- Technical Level: R$ 93.40
- Medium Level: R$ 81.01.
According to the announcement, candidates may request a waiver of the registration fee for the Itaipu competition if they are registered in the Federal Government’s Single Registry for Social Programs (CadÚnico) or are bone marrow donors.
The request for a fee waiver can be submitted between October 23 and November 13.
