More Than 5,600 Job Vacancies Are Open at Mercado Livre
To support the high demand of Black Friday, Mercado Livre will open 5,600 temporary job vacancies, primarily in logistics, at its distribution centers located in São Paulo, Bahia, and Minas Gerais.
In partnership with Randstad, Mercado Livre is offering various job vacancies, focusing on logistics, to meet the seasonal demand.

The media investment for Mercado Livre’s campaign this year is 50% higher than in 2022, with the platform’s ambassador, Marcos Mion, being the face of the campaign. On average, the job vacancies in the selection process require qualifications such as:

The selection process consists of an application, where the candidate selects the desired opportunity and follows steps to apply. Then, a presentation video will be required to show more about yourself.
The next step is a group dynamics activity, where the candidate must demonstrate collaborative skills in a challenging dynamic. The individual interview is a final interview with future managers. Finally, the Admission will take place, presenting the necessary documents and undergoing a medical examination to become part of the team.
