Technology Strengthens Automation, Integration of More Than 190 Units and Real-Time Analysis in Distributed Logistics Operations
Since 2002, Vibra Energia has continuously maintained a technological partnership with InterSystems. Since then, the company has progressively utilized solutions aimed at data management, system integration, and logistics automation, always with a focus on operational efficiency.
Initially, back in the 2000s, Vibra adopted Caché and Ensemble technologies. Subsequently, in 2022, the company advanced by migrating its infrastructure to the InterSystems IRIS platform, which consequently enhanced its capacity for processing, integration, and analysis of corporate data.
Vibra took another strategic step by implementing InterSystems IRIS Advanced. This allowed the company to significantly expand data processing as well as accelerate artificial intelligence initiatives, automation, and real-time analysis in its logistics operations.

While the world looks at forests, the UN warns that the Earth is also threatened by the silent degradation of natural grasslands and savannas, ecosystems that cover half of the planet, support billions of people, and can exacerbate water, food, and climate crises.
As a direct result of this technological evolution, it became possible to centralize, organize, and qualify data management for more than 190 operational units. Furthermore, the platform came to support thousands of daily shipments, as well as monthly movements of millions of cubic meters, highlighting the robustness of the adopted digital infrastructure.
According to Túlio Soriano, Logistics Applications and Automation Manager at Vibra, “the partnership with InterSystems and the adoption of IRIS reflect our ongoing commitment to innovation and operational excellence”. Additionally, he emphasizes that the results achieved since the implementation consolidate the company’s leadership, thus allowing for the delivery of increasingly efficient and qualified services to clients.
In this context, InterSystems IRIS Advanced stands out for offering high performance, interoperability, and enhanced security. At the same time, the platform provides advanced analytical capabilities, which facilitates, in an integrated manner, the development of applications aimed at Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things, and Artificial Intelligence.
Moreover, being available on major public cloud marketplaces, the solution directly contributes to simplifying integrations between corporate systems. Consequently, this enables real-time data analysis, a crucial factor for supporting strategic decisions in highly distributed logistics environments.
According to Felipe Araújo, executive at InterSystems Brazil, Vibra is among the first major national players to fully utilize IRIS Advanced. He states that this adoption drives advanced analytics and AI applications in critical operations, characterized by high volumes and complexity of data.
Additionally, the executive notes that the volume, criticality, and diversity of Vibra’s logistics and operational data clearly demonstrate the potential of the technology. He also emphasizes that the partnership symbolizes a strategic move by InterSystems in Brazil, particularly in projects that combine corporate integration, data orchestration, and the secure use of advanced AI models in regulated environments.
Thus, over more than two decades of collaboration, Vibra consolidates a trajectory marked by continuous technological evolution, strategic use of large-scale data, and strengthening of logistics processes supported by artificial intelligence and automation.
