If you are young and want to give a direction to your professional life, WEG’s training center – the WEG school – has opened several positions in its Young Apprentice program 2021 for young people born between the years 2003 and 2004 in Jaraguá do Sul – SC.

The 2021 selection process of WEG’s youth program has existed for over half a century. Known as the “WEG school,” it is one of the main training centers responsible for the training and qualification of many Brazilian professionals.

If you are interested and want to embark on a new journey learning with WEG, you can register until May 19.
If you were born between July 1 and 31, 2003, 2004, or 2005, and are currently attending or have already completed high school, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Those born in any month between the years of 2003 to 2005 can also enroll in machining, electromechanical assembly, electrotechnics, maintenance electronics, maintenance mechanics, toolmaking, and information systems programming courses.

The initial classes of WEG’s young apprentice program will be held at Senai Jaraguá do Sul or at WEG I (Nova Brasília).
This week, the Alcântara Space Center (CEA), in partnership with the Brazilian Space Agency (AEB) and the Brazilian Air Force (FAB), closed a contract with WEG that guarantees greater solar energy generation and storage capacity at the launch base in Alcântara, revolutionizing the renewable industry.
The CEA – Alcântara Space Center agreement provides that WEG will supply a complete solar energy storage system in lithium-ion batteries. Additionally, the contract provides for the development of control of a network that operates autonomously, the famous microgrids, which will be powered by various energy sources.
