The largest house in Brazil, valued at about R$ 1 billion, is located in Alphaville, in Greater São Paulo, has 17,8 thousand square meters of built area, was completed in 2014 and combines luxury and infrastructure that place it among the properties in the country.
Scale
The mansion draws attention for its size. Its 17,8 thousand square meters place the construction on an unusual scale.
To measure this dimension, the built area is close to historical structures like the Colosseum in Rome, which has about 24 thousand m². It also comfortably surpasses two official soccer fields.

João Gomes is 23 years old and already owns two farms, a mansion, an apartment worth R$ 3 million, and properties for his father, mother, and grandmother, with fees reaching R$ 750,000 per show.
In practice, the space is equivalent to about 150 to 200 two-bedroom apartments. The comparison helps to understand the scale of the project and the grandeur concentrated in a single address.
Project
Signed by architect Ruy Ohtake, the work was completed in 2014. About 300 professionals participated in the construction of the mansion.
The result was a residential complex formed by different blocks, connected by open areas, gardens, and living spaces. The proposal united distinct sectors of the house in an integrated structure.
The residence has 18 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. The environments distribute intimate and social areas with a high level of integration, allowing independent functioning without losing connection with the rest of the house.
Structure
The underground garage accommodates up to 50 vehicles. Above ground, the mansion features a hangar prepared for four helicopters, a rare differential.
The property also includes a large aquarium, a complete luxury spa, and multiple living areas. Each environment was designed to operate separately while maintaining overall integration.
The main highlight is the master suite. Alone, it occupies about 1,2 thousand square meters, equivalent to 10 to 15 conventional apartments.
In this space are a private pool, exclusive living areas, and a helipad. The set reinforces the degree of exclusivity present throughout the residence.
In the center of the property, a garden organizes circulation between the environments and serves as the visual axis of the project. The landscaping was inspired by the Luxembourg Gardens.
Who are the owners of the largest mansion in Brazil?
With geometric shapes and planned green areas, the space integrates nature and architecture. The mansion belongs to presenter Daniela Albuquerque and businessman Amilcare Dallevo Jr., co-founder of RedeTV!.
The couple lives on-site with their daughters. More than a house, the property functions as a private complex, with autonomy and infrastructure comparable to small enterprises.
