Xiaomi Reveals Its New Electric Scooter, The Electric Scooter 4 Plus, Offering An Impressive Range Of Up To 60 Km On A Single Charge.
Last Wednesday (31), Xiaomi revealed its latest electric scooter, the Scooter 4 Pro Plus. This model represents an evolution of the Electric Scooter 4 Pro, launched the previous year, and brings a series of enhancements. Among the improvements, there are a more powerful motor, a higher-capacity battery, and extended range. These features make the Scooter 4 Pro Plus a highly attractive option for urban transportation.
Xiaomi’s Electric Scooter Weighs Less Than 20Kg
Equipped with a 350W motor and three speed modes, the model can reach a maximum speed of 25 km/h and range capable of traveling up to 60 km on a single charge. The battery powering Xiaomi’s electric scooter did not have its total capacity data revealed by the brand.
Moreover, Xiaomi highlights that the charging time is 9 hours to go from 0 to 100%. Other features of the model include automatic lighting, 10-inch run-flat tires, E-ABS braking, multifunctional panel, and app-based controls.

The model weighs only 19.5 kg and can be easily carried by the user, as it is possible to fold the handlebar, significantly reducing the dimensions of the scooter. Xiaomi also introduced the Electric Scooter Fast Charger, a charger that has an output power of 210W, allowing it to recover up to twice as fast compared to the traditional charger.
The accessory is compatible with the Scooter 4 Pro Plus. It is worth noting that the product page also anticipates the Electric Scooter Pro Max model. The model has a height of 1,221 mm and only 506 mm with the handlebar folded. In addition, it has a length of 1,179 mm and a width of 523 mm.
Discover Another Electric Scooter From Xiaomi
Last July, the brand also announced another electric scooter called Electric Scooter 4 Go. This model features a 250W electric motor. The peak power is 450W, allowing the electric scooter to reach speeds of up to 20 km/h. Thus, just like Xiaomi’s premium models, the 4 Pro, 4 Ultra, and 4 Lite, the rider can switch between three driving modes: Standard, Pedestrian, and Sport.
Regarding its battery, the manufacturer opted for a more modest component of 165 watt-hours, which not only makes it cheaper but also lighter. Despite the smaller battery, this version of Xiaomi’s electric scooter delivers a range of 18 km per charge. The good performance of this model is achieved due to the weight of only 13.7 kg. The Xiaomi 4 Go, despite being a simpler version, still offers technologies like Bluetooth and compatibility with the Mi Home app.
Xiaomi Also Enters The Electric Car Segment
In addition to this new electric scooter from Xiaomi, the Chinese brand also surprised in November of last year with the arrival of its new SU7, an electric sedan. At that time, the company was awaiting approval for the sale license of its SU7 sedan by the MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China). The electric car from Xiaomi, previously known as MS11, will have at least three versions, called the sedan SU7, SU7 Pro, and SU7 Max.
The model is approximately 5 meters long, has a 3m wheelbase, and will be offered with Lidar sensor as an optional feature. Although it has not been officially confirmed, the electric model from Xiaomi will likely also feature facial recognition unlocking.
