• Waiter (saloneiro) Macaé ⇒ *Professional qualification course of at least 64 hours, carried out in person at a specialized institution recognized by the MEC;*6 months working as an onshore or offshore waiter or 1 year working as a ship steward. exp. minimum 6 months to 1 year (200 places)
• Macaé Commissioner Nutritionist ⇒ vocational training in nutrition and proof of class registration; one year of experience in operational processes in industrial kitchens or people management or two years of experience in offshore work in any role. exp. minimum of 1 to 2 years (100 places)
• Baker Macaé ⇒ professional training provided by any institution recognized by the mec; one year working as a baker or two years working as a kitchen helper (offshore) or baker's helper (onshore or offshore). exp. minimum 1 to 2 years (200 places)
