Secure Your Spot at the State University-UEPG! There Are 1,350 Spots for 10 Online Courses with In-Person Classes at Sites. Sign Up!
The State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG) has announced the opening of the 2025 EaD Entrance Examination, offering a total of 1,350 spots distributed among 10 free courses and 33 sites. Registration begins next Sunday, February 2nd, and can be done until the 16th of the same month.
Those interested in the selection process can already access the Candidate Manual on the website of the Selection Process Coordination (CPS) of UEPG. The document contains all the rules and necessary guidelines for registration and participation in the entrance examination. The registration fee is R$ 50, with possibilities for exemptions specified in the notice.
Selection Criteria
The selection of candidates for the free online courses (EaD) will be based on the analysis of the high school transcript grades. The provisional results will be announced on February 25th. The 2025 EaD Entrance Examination is part of the program of the Center for Technology and Open and Distance Education (Nutead), in partnership with the Open University System of Brazil (UAB).

Quotas and Mode of Education
The spots include quotas designated for public agents, people with disabilities, black students, and students from public schools. The free online courses (EaD) follow the distance education model, with up to 20% of classes held in person at sites and the remainder conducted online.
Distribution of Spots by Course
UEPG offers spots in bachelor’s, undergraduate, and technologist courses. Check the distribution:
- Licentiate in Computer Science: 18 to 36 spots per site, in cities such as Guarapuava and Paranaguá.
- Licentiate in Physical Education: Spots in 11 cities, including Apucarana, Goioerê, and Pato Branco.
- Licentiate in Geography: Opportunities at sites such as Cruzeiro do Oeste, Palmeira, and Ortigueira.
- Licentiate in Portuguese/Spanish Letters: 18 to 36 spots in locations such as Curitiba, Tibagi, and Pontal do Paraná.
- Licentiate in Mathematics: Spots in cities such as Flor da Serra do Sul, Reserva, and Cândido de Abreu.
- Licentiate in Pedagogy: Availability at various sites, with highlights for Guarapuava, Ortigueira, and São João do Triunfo.
- Bachelor’s in Public Administration: 20 spots per site in locations such as Paranaguá and São João do Triunfo.
- Technologist in Hospital Management: 20 to 25 spots in cities such as Curitiba and Ponta Grossa.
- Technologist in Logistics: Sites include Campo Largo, Paranaguá, and Telêmaco Borba.
- Technologist in Public Safety: Spots in Guarapuava, Foz do Iguaçu, and Três Barras do Paraná.
