3tentos announced the acquisition of Grão Pará Bioenergia to install a plant in Redenção in the second half of 2028, capable of processing 2.1 thousand tons of corn daily, as it seeks to expand ethanol, DDG, and regional operations.

3tentos reported that it has concluded an agreement to acquire Grão Pará Bioenergia, based in Redenção, where it plans to build an industrial unit for corn processing aimed at the daily production of 935 m³ of ethanol, 587 tons of DDGS, and 37 tons of oil.

The operation depends on approvals and conditions precedent, according to a statement sent to CVM, reinforcing that the anticipated investment reaches R$ 1.15 billion.

Regional Expansion and Financial Goals

The company detailed that it will continue to open stores aimed at selling inputs and sourcing grains in Pará, simultaneously expanding its activities in Tocantins, Goiás, and Minas Gerais, regions close to the Araguaia Valley.

The company stated that it aims to achieve a net revenue of R$ 50 billion by 2032, with an estimated annual growth of 18.6%, although it emphasized that this figure represents only strategic guidance subject to revisions.

The organization also indicated that it will cease to disclose information regarding 2023 and 2024, also ending segmentation by States, a move that repositions the monitoring of its operational performance.

The statement presented projections of total sourcing of 6.145 million tons of grains in 2025, rising to 6.926 million in 2026, a move considered central to sustain the planned expansion.

Soy Complex Projections

The soybean segment is expected to grow from 4.105 million to 4.8 million tons during the analyzed period, with processing increasing from 2.560 million to 3.091 million tons.

The soybean trading will advance from 1.545 million to 1.709 million tons, according to disclosed data. The production of meal is expected to rise from 1.865 million to 2.443 million tons, while the volume of soybean oil and biodiesel is projected to jump from 680 thousand to 911 thousand tons.

Corn Complex Projections

For corn, the company estimates sourcing of 1.460 million tons in 2025 and 1.5 million in 2026, maintaining a trend of stability.

The projected processing for 2026 totals 719 thousand tons, while trading is expected to reach 781 thousand tons.

The projections include the production of 190 thousand tons of DDGs and the generation of 298 thousand m³ of ethanol, consolidating the segment’s relevance within the industrial plan.

The information concludes with additional data on wheat and canola, which either decline or advance according to cycles. Canola, for example, is expected to more than double, increasing from 80 thousand to 166 thousand tons, forming an accessory scenario for the disclosed goals.
