Applications Analyst

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably having already worked in the O&G industry.

Necessary Knowledge:

• NET;
• VB;
• Java;
• WEB Servers;
• Oracle and SQL Server databases;
• Log Reading;
• Excel Macros;
• Basic infrastructure knowledge (network, servers, etc.).

Job Activities:

• Support end users in business applications;
• Identification of application issues (log reading, database, permissions and authentication in applications, synchronization between applications, etc.);
• Assist in understanding the business (demand mapping, process improvement, etc.);
• Create integration mechanisms between applications;
• Project management for development and implementation of applications.

Supply Analyst – Sr

Requirements:

• Solid experience in the Purchasing/Supply area working as a Consultant, Specialist, or Senior Analyst in Consulting firms or other sectors handling processes of high, medium, and low complexity;
• Mastery of Strategic Sourcing and Spend Assessment/Analysis methodologies;
• Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint required;
• Fluent in English.

Job Activities:

• Lead complex purchasing and contracting processes for the company’s Operational and Corporate areas using the Strategic Sourcing methodology;
• Issuance of Purchase Orders and Contracts;
• Conduct and periodically update Spend Assessment analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities;
• Identify and implement improvements in supply processes;
• Create, improve, and disseminate Reports and Dashboards with KPIs/indicators to identify improvement opportunities, facilitate management (purchases and contracts), and increase visibility of Supply operations;
• Support internal clients in a business partner role providing continuous feedback on the stages of the processes under their responsibility;
• Focus on results, compliance with indicators, and departmental goals.
