Requirements:
- Complete higher education, preferably Adm. Business, Marketing, or related areas;
- Desirable advanced and/or fluent English;
- Minimum experience of 5 years in the commercial area, including 2 years in commercial service to OEMs and/or Assemblers and/or Industries and/or Large accounts;
- Computing (Word – Excel – PowerPoint/ Outlook) Intermediate;
- Technical knowledge (Lubricants – Lubrication – Engine – Transmission – Cooling – Brakes – Fuel).
Requirements:
- Studying economics, administration or related areas;
- Knowledge of financial mathematics, statistics;
- Advanced English, Spanish and French are differentials;
- Advanced Office Suite;
- Previous knowledge with sales reports, dashboards and/or business intelligence will be a plus.
Job Activities:
- Provide administrative and technical support in the areas of industrial/automotive lubricants;
- Serve customers by providing and receiving information;
- Deal with various documents, complying with all the necessary procedures related to them;
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets;
- Perform administrative and technical services related to the technical assistance area for customers.
