The first contract will be aimed at training operation and maintenance technicians for privatized refining and will receive investments of R$ 4.6 million. The second contract, which will receive R$ 4 million in investments over a period of 3 years, will focus on innovation and technology aimed at creating solutions with a significant impact on industrial competitiveness and resource efficiency.
The innovations will be created by Senai Cimatec with the participation of Acelen. According to Luiz de Mendonça, the owner of the Mataripe refinery is here to stay and to collaborate directly with the economic and social advancement of Bahia, always focusing on the future, and for this, it is necessary to train a workforce through professional training to work in the refining and oil sector, which demands specialized technical performance.
