More Information About Altera&Ocyan’s Trainee Program and How to Apply
The Trainee Program for Production Operators at Altera&Ocyan aims to train new talents for this role, through theoretical and practical experiences. The first stage of the program (theoretical) consists of an in-person course lasting six weeks, at the company’s office in Rio de Janeiro. Candidates approved in this phase will advance to the practical stage, in which they will be hired as trainees and follow the development track to work offshore in one of our units.
The requirements to participate in the program are: having a technical education in mechanics, electrical, instrumentation, chemistry, or similar fields, as well as having intermediate knowledge of the English language. The course will be in-person, with a workload of 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday for 6 weeks.
