Applications for the 2019 Ambev Trainee Program cover young people from all fields. The trainee program starts in August 2019 and lasts four months. The program aims to train and contribute to the professional development of all candidates. “With the behavioral changes of new generations, companies need to adapt their practices to attract and retain talent,” argues Renato Biava, Director of People and Management at Ambev.

The selected candidates will access different areas of each mentioned sector where they will learn everything in practice. The selection will take place between March and July and includes online tests in English, profile, logical reasoning, case analysis, and online interviews. Once approved, the in-person stages involve conducting a business panel, developing a case, and finally, interviews with the vice presidents and the president of Ambev Brewery. At the conclusion, the selected candidates are hired as company employees.
Requirements and Benefits
In addition to a salary of R$6,4 thousand, the company offers meal vouchers, transportation or shuttle service, medical and dental assistance, gym pass, school materials, 14th salary, and annual bonus.
To apply, it is necessary to have advanced English, a degree obtained between July 2017 and July 2019 in all areas of knowledge, and availability to live in other states.
