Training of New Professionals is an Important Pillar of the American Automaker’s Strategy
Daniel Justo highlighted the moment of transformation experienced by the global automotive industry, with the introduction of new technologies and changes in consumer habits, which opens up opportunities to leverage the specialization and knowledge accumulated by Ford’s engineering team in the country for over 20 years.
“Doing engineering, research, and technology development in Brazil is feasible, and Ford’s Development Center in Bahia is a great example of our competitiveness,” he stated. “Our team is showing that it is extremely prepared, creative, and efficient, competing with the best in the world. These characteristics have caught the attention of global Ford, and that is why we are gaining more and more responsibilities in projects that are defining the future of mobility.”

Ford also promotes community-focused initiatives, such as a software development course created in partnership with Senai Cimatec, offering 80 free spots for low-income individuals in an area that sees high demand and competition for professionals.
