To participate in the free Santander programming course, the candidate must be over 18 years old. There is no requirement to have education in the technology area.
The Santander bank opened registrations on March 24 for the free Full Stack and Mobile (Kotlin) Web Developer training course. The course will be conducted through the DIO platform and will be fully online and free. There is no prerequisite to have prior knowledge in technology or a need to have a degree. Candidates must only be over 18 years old and have an interest in learning about technology.
According to Exame, the executive superintendent of Santander Universities, Nicolás Vergara, states that the idea of the Bootcamp is to increasingly include people in the technology universe, given the high demand in the field and the market’s need for professionals who are aligned with the best practices in information technology.

Studies will take place at DIO, the largest open education platform in Latin America. Participants of the free course at Santander will have full access to the DIO platform.
