Cerradinho Bioenergia Secures Financing From BNDES Aimed at Implementing a Biofertilizer Factory in Chapadão do Céu (GO) and Infrastructure for Grain Storage at the New Plant of the Group Located in Maracaju (MS).
The Board of Directors of Cerradinho Bioenergia met last Monday, (01/16), to approve a new financing from the company in partnership with the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES). The meeting’s record was sent to the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). The loan request was established by the Board of Directors, where the amount will be used for projects related to a biofertilizer factory and a grain storage plant.

According to the document, the total amount of financing is R$ 40 million. This amount, however, will be divided between two projects.
The amount of R$ 21.18 million, the largest part of the financing, will be destined for establishing Cerradinho’s biofertilizer factory in Chapadão do Céu (GO), which will have a production storage capacity of up to 22,77 thousand tons.

Part of the remaining financing amount, R$ 10 million, corresponds to rural credit with controlled resources under the 2022/23 Safra Plan, and the other part, R$ 8.82 million, comes from ordinary resources from BNDES.
Still referring to the document, all board members were present as witnesses and unanimously authorized the financing. The amount will be raised in the form of bank credit notes signed by Cerradinho and Neomille via BNDES.
The paperwork will be secured by the transfer of a property from Neomille in Serranópolis (GO).
