1st Stage – Cisco Brazil CyberEducation Marathon: participants embark on a journey where each student can proceed at their own pace in a 3-week marathon, dedicating themselves to the course “Endpoint Security” (27h) available on the Skills for All platform. At the end of this stage, the 1,500 most outstanding students will be eligible to advance in the selection process for the professional training phase.

2nd Stage – Professional Training Program: the 1,500 best students from the first stage will be selected for training in “CCNA1 + CyberOps Associate” as well as complementary knowledge, offered together with our educational partners. Selected students will also be encouraged to pursue industry certification, with the offer of discount vouchers for the exams.

3rd Stage – Internship and Job Opportunity: in the third phase, students will be able to apply the knowledge acquired in practice through internship and job opportunities offered by our ecosystem of partner organizations.
