Online Registration and Final Deadline
The process starts and ends online, in the Detran do Pará system, without document submission at this initial stage.

Who Can Participate in CNH Pai D’égua
To compete, it is mandatory to be registered in CadÚnico by February 28, 2025, verify that elementary education is completed, and provide proof of residency in Pará.
Furthermore, the program requires a medical report for the child(ren), with CID of the disability, issued by a professional accredited in the SUS network.
The notice adopts the definition of a person with a disability as provided in Article 2 of Law No. 13.146/2015 (Statute of the Person with Disabilities).
The law considers long-term impairments of a physical, mental, intellectual, or sensory nature and their interaction with barriers that limit social participation on equal terms.

The current registration round reaches municipalities in Baixo Amazonas and Xingu.

Altamira, Anapu, Alenquer, Almeirim, Aveiro, Belterra, Brasil Novo, Curuá, Faro, Gurupá, Itaituba, Jacareacanga, Juruti, Medicilândia, Mojuí dos Campos, Monte Alegre, Novo Progresso, Óbidos, Oriximiná, Prainha, Placas, Porto de Moz, Rurópolis, Senador José Porfírio, Santarém, Terra Santa, Trairão, Uruará, and Vitória do Xingu.
The number of vacancies has been sized for this stage: 700 in total distributed between the two regions.
Benefits of the Non-Traditional Mothers Edition
The CNH Pai D’égua guarantees the issuance of the National Driver’s License completely free of charge, including fees, exams, and classes.
This edition aimed at non-traditional mothers seeks to expand job opportunities and, at the same time, facilitate transportation for clinical treatments and other caregiving needs for their children.
Throughout the state, there are 4,000 specific vacancies planned for this edition, on a staggered calendar by region.

Although the general Detran-PA program covers multiple categories in different initiatives, the special edition Non-Traditional Mothers is exclusive for the first driver’s license in category B (car).
