A new selection process by the Secretary of Education of the State of São Paulo (SEE-SP) will open registrations this Friday (21). The published announcement includes 193 high school positions for the role of school organization agent in the capital. The positions at the Secretariat of Education are for work in 53 schools linked to the Northern 2 Education Board.
Requirements for the High School Positions at SEE-SP – Secretariat of Education
The candidate interested in the positions at the Secretariat of Education must be a native or naturalized Brazilian, be at least 18 years old by the hiring date, be up to date with electoral obligations, have completed high school, and have physical and mental fitness for the exercise of the role’s duties, among other requirements.
The salaries for the role of School Organization Agent correspond to R$ 1,640.00. The work schedule, which will depend on the contractor, is characterized by 40 hours per week. This schedule for high school positions will be in-person, and participation in telecommuting is prohibited.

The responsibilities for the positions at the Secretariat of Education for the role of School Organization Agent are outlined in Article 3 of Resolution SE 52, dated 09/08/2011 and encompass the development of activities related to school organization, involving actions connected to school secretariat and attendance to students and the school community in general, according to the demands of the school unit.
Know How to Register for the High School Selection Process at SEE-SP
The candidate’s registration for the positions at the Secretariat of Education must be done from 9 AM on February 21 until 12 PM on February 28 through a registration form. The registration will only be effective upon correctly filling out the form within the stipulated timeframe. In addition to personal information, the candidate must provide details such as a personal email for receiving information, as well as uploading their ID.
At the time of registration, the candidate must also declare that they will prove, on the date of signing the contract, that they meet the requirements and conditions for the exercise of the function as outlined in the announcement. The high school positions at SEE-SP are available in the following units:
Scheduled for the morning of March 14, the objective test for the positions at the Secretariat of Education will be conducted virtually. The assessment will cover 40 questions, with a maximum time limit of 3 hours. The program content includes questions on Portuguese language, mathematics, computer science, and specific knowledge.
The second and final stage will consist of title analysis, with document submission during the registration period. Proof of professional experience in the administrative field of schools will be considered.
Classification for the High School Positions at SEE-SP
The final score of the candidate will be equal to the sum of the total points obtained in the test and in the title analysis. Those who pass will be ranked in descending order of the final score on a classification list. There will be two classification lists, one general for all candidates, including those with disabilities, and another special only for candidates with disabilities.
The classified candidates will be allocated to existing positions in the school units linked to the Education Board or to positions that arise during the selection period, being called by name by the Special Commission for Temporary Hiring (CE-CTD).
