The CEFET-RJ Public Contest Represents a Unique Opportunity for Professionals Who Wish to Be Part of a Renowned Institution and Contribute to the Development of Technological Education in the Country.

The Federal Center for Technological Education Celso Suckow da Fonseca (CEFET-RJ) begins the selection process to fill 92 vacancies in administrative technical positions. The contest, governed by public notice No. 03/2024, offers opportunities for various education levels, covering the campuses of Maracanã, Angra dos Reis, Maria da Graça, Nova Friburgo, Nova Iguaçu, Itaguaí, Valença, and Petrópolis.

With attractive salaries and additional benefits, the competition represents a significant opportunity for professionals interested in joining the institution.

What Are the Available Positions?

The available positions cover different areas of activity, from high school and technical education to higher education, highlighting roles such as Student Assistant, Laboratory Technician, Administrator, Electrical Engineer, among others.

How Much Does a Professional Working at CEFET-RJ Earn?

For higher education positions, the salary is R$ 4,556.92, while for high school and technical positions it ranges from R$ 2,120.13 to R$ 2,667.19.

In addition to salaries, successful candidates will have access to benefits such as food assistance, transportation assistance, and preschool assistance, as established by legislation.

When Do Registrations Open for the CEFET-RJ 2024 Contest?

Registrations are open and must be made exclusively online at the Selecon website, from February 21 to April 14, 2024.

Candidates will be required to pay a registration fee, which varies according to the education level of the desired position: R$ 60.00 for high school, R$ 80.00 for technical, and R$ 100.00 for higher education.

When Is the CEFET-RJ Contest Exam?

The selection process will consist of an objective written exam scheduled for May 12.

What Topics Are Covered in the CEFET-RJ 2024 Contest Exam?

The questions will cover topics such as Portuguese language, computer science, legislation, ethics, logical reasoning, mathematics, and specific knowledge.

When Will the Answer Keys Be Available?

The provisional answer keys will be released after 5 PM on May 13, while the final ones will be available from 5 PM on May 22, both on the website of the organizing institute, Selecon.

What Is the Validity of the Contest?

The validity of the contest will be two years, with the possibility of extension for another two.

Candidates approved in the CEFET-RJ contest will be called according to the classification order, for a period of up to four years, considering the possible extension of the contest.
