The Navy announced on Monday (19) the opening of another public contest for those interested in joining the Armed Forces entity.

According to the entity, there are over 100 openings available for those wishing to serve in the Brazilian Navy. Furthermore, this opportunity is for admission to the Aquatic Training Course.
The Open Positions in the Navy
According to the Navy, there are a total of 120 open positions, all expected to start in 2024. These opportunities are divided into four courses, each with 30 openings. Check out this division:

Steps of the Navy Contest
According to the Navy, in order to be approved, candidates must go through several stages, which include a knowledge test, document submission and review, presentation of medical certificates, and physical fitness tests.
The first stage of the Navy contest will be the general knowledge test, which will take place on March 23. At that time, there will be 40 multiple-choice questions from the following subjects: mathematics and Portuguese.
When the Courses Start
These training courses in the Navy will start on different dates, depending on the desired position. In this sense, the information is that training will begin for Deck and Engine Room Cadets from May 13 to September 20. On the other hand, the courses for Deckhand and Engine Room Operators will start from May 20 to August 9.
What are the requirements?
To participate in the Navy contest, candidates must meet some minimum requirements, such as being at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment. Additionally, candidates, who can be male or female, must have completed at least the 9th grade of elementary school.
Additionally, these individuals must be up to date with electoral obligations, provide proof of minimum education, and meet the other conditions set out in the notice.
How to Register for the Navy Contest
Individuals interested in participating in this Navy contest need to register by March 3. To do this, access this site, which began accepting registrations on Monday (19). To confirm the registration, a fee of R$ 8 will need to be paid.
