The announcement for the Military Police of Minas Gerais Contest is published and offers 180 vacancies for the Officer Training Course (CFO). The attractive salary of R$7,175.30 is one of the highlights of this selection process awaited by many aspiring military career candidates.

The competition reserves 162 vacancies for men and 18 for women, distributed in various Units of the PM MG, covering the entire state of Minas Gerais.

Requirements and Registrations

The essential criteria to participate in the PM MG Contest include having a bachelor’s degree in Law, being between 18 and 30 years old, a valid National Driver’s License (category B), a minimum height of 1.60m, and the absence of visible tattoos incompatible with police activity. Registrations can be made on the portal of the Recruitment and Selection Center of the Military Police, between March 5 and April 4, 2024, with a participation fee of R$ 220.00.

Selection Process in Three Phases

According to the announcement, the Contest will consist of three phases: 1) Knowledge Test, including objective and written tests; 2) Psychological Assessments, Military Physical Activity (AFM), and Health Exams; 3) Oral Test and Title Examination.

The objective and written tests are scheduled for May 5, 2024, in the morning.

Details about the PM MG Contest Tests

The objective test, with a total value of 100 points, will have 50 multiple-choice questions, each worth 2 points. The written test, worth 100 points, will require an essay of 120 to 30 words. Only the written tests of candidates who achieve at least 60% of the points in the objective test will be corrected.

It is essential to reach at least 60% of the points in the objective test, 70% in the written test, and to obtain sufficient classification for being called to the 2nd phase. Candidates who do not meet these criteria will be eliminated from the PM MG Contest.
