The Regional Development Bank of Southern Brazil (BRDE) announced the opening of registrations for its new public competition, which offers vacancies for candidates with high school and higher education. In total, there are seven vacancies for immediate hiring and others for forming a reserve list.
The opportunities are distributed among the agencies in Porto Alegre (RS), Florianópolis (SC), and Curitiba (PR). The weekly workload for all positions is 30 hours, equivalent to a daily workday of 6 hours, an attractive option for those seeking balance between personal and professional life.

Salaries range from R$ 4,000.00 to R$ 10,100.00, depending on the position and the level of education required. Registrations started on Wednesday (13) and will continue until September 11. Candidates must register through the website of the University Enterprise Foundation of Technology and Sciences (Fundatec), responsible for organizing the competition.
The process requires filling out an electronic form and paying the registration fee:
- R$ 270.85 for higher education positions.
- R$ 118.79 for high school positions.
Fee Exemption
Candidates may request fee exemption until August 19:
- Those registered in the Single Registry for Federal Government Social Programs (CadÚnico) with a family income per capita equal to or less than half the minimum wage.
- Bone marrow donors registered with Redome or with a declaration from a collecting entity confirming the registration.
This policy aims to democratize access to the competition and increase the participation of low-income candidates or those involved in social causes.
Selection Process Steps
The theoretical-objective test will be applied to all positions on October 26.
For positions such as Project Analyst and Systems Analyst, there will also be:

- Title Test
- Professional Experience Assessment
