When it comes to luxury and innovation, Audi knows how to turn a simple car delivery into a true spectacle. The German automaker, the official sponsor of Bayern Munich, presented the new fleet of vehicles destined for the club’s players — and the selection of models couldn’t be more exciting.
The stars had complete freedom to choose from the latest Audi electric and hybrid models, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to a more sustainable future. The event, held in Neuburg an der Donau, was marked by driving experiences, exclusive visits, and plenty of excitement behind the wheel.
Marco Schubert, a member of the Sales and Marketing Board at Audi AG, valued the event:
“The FC Bayern players chose vehicles that impressively reflect the diversity of our range – from the compact Q4 e-tron series to the powerful Audi Q8 SUV TFSI e quattro and the sporty RS e-tron GT performance. Everyone found a model that was right for them.”

For Jan-Christian Dreesen, CEO of FC Bayern, the players’ visit to Audi is an established part of the calendar:
“The delivery of Audi vehicles to Bayern is a long-standing tradition that reflects our reliable partnership and is always a special event for our players. After 23 years of success together, we continue to pursue the same ambitious goals and motivate each other for maximum performance. This connects us both on and off the field! Nowadays, a long-term partnership like this is uncommon, and we all truly value it.”
Power, Elegance, and Technology Define the Choices
Captain Manuel Neuer and some teammates opted for the sophisticated Audi Q8 SUV TFSI e quattro, a model that combines premium comfort, strength, and impressive design. Meanwhile, Alphonso Davies, Jamal Musiala, and Michael Olise preferred the bold RS e-tron GT performance, a 100% electric supercar that represents the pinnacle of Audi’s sustainable performance technology.
The young promise Tom Bischof chose the modern Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron, perfect for those seeking style and efficiency in daily life. And Joshua Kimmich, known for his family routine, opted for the spacious Audi Q7 SUV S line TFSI e quattro, with seven seats and absolute comfort.
Each model reflects a bit of the athletes’ personalities: power, precision, and sophistication — characteristics that also define Bayern Munich’s football.

An Unforgettable Day at Audi Headquarters
The delivery of the vehicles was accompanied by a unique experience for the players. In addition to testing their new cars on high-performance tracks, the athletes gained access to the behind-the-scenes of the Audi F1 Project, which prepares the brand’s official entry into Formula 1.
During the visit, the players explored the assembly workshop for hybrid V6 engines, the dynamic simulator, and the “Mission Control Room,” where engineers monitor the performance of the engines. It was a fascinating dive into the world of cutting-edge engineering that underpins Audi’s reputation worldwide.
A Meeting Between Sport and Innovation
The event also featured the presence of one hundred Audi employees, selected through an internal contest, who had the opportunity to meet the Bayern stars and participate in the symbolic key handover. The gathering reinforced the bond between the automaker and the club, both guided by excellence, discipline, and a constant pursuit of evolution.
More than just sponsorship, the partnership between Audi and Bayern Munich is an example of how technology and sportsmanship can go hand in hand. For the players, there was the pleasure of driving some of the most desired cars in the world. For the brand, the assurance that its name continues to accelerate — both on and off the pitch.
