Free Online Training Offers Official Certification and Focus on Google Workspace Tools
The Federal Institute of Southern Minas (IFSULDEMINAS) has opened registrations for 1,000 spots in the free online course “Google Work Tools”, focusing on Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Forms. The training is completely distance learning, with 100 hours of course load, and promises professional qualification in one of the most demanded digital skills in the job market.
Aimed at students, educators, and professionals from all fields, the course is part of the Initial and Continued Education (FIC) modality and is available to anyone over 16 years old, with a CPF and internet access. Registrations are open until August 19, 2025, online, and classes start on August 25.
What Does the Course Offer?
The course aims to teach the complete and integrated use of the main Google Workspace tools, enabling students to work with real-time collaboration, process automation, and digital organization.

At the end, those who achieve a minimum of 60% proficiency will receive a certificate of official completion, issued by IFSULDEMINAS.
Who Can Register?
The course is open to a wide audience. To participate, it is necessary to:
- Be 16 years old or older
- Have a CPF and a valid email
- Have access to the internet and a computer/mobile with a browser
The selection is by order of registration, until all 1,000 spots are filled. Registrants after this limit will be placed on a waiting list.
How to Register for the IF Course?
Registrations are open from July 28 to August 19, 2025, exclusively online, on the official website of IFSULDEMINAS. Just fill out the registration form with the requested information.
The list of selected candidates will be published on August 20, and approved candidates will receive email instructions to access the platform.
Classes will start on August 25, 2025 and can be taken at the student’s pace, with deadlines set for assignment submissions.
