The redesigned front grille in Black Piano, the sharply divided LED headlights in two blocks, and the new color options make this new Chevrolet SUV a very attractive model. On the sides, the car features an aluminum rack, some creases that help enhance its robustness, and alloy wheels, which can range from 17 to 20 inches depending on the version.
The larger wheels complement the imposing look and ensure a stable and safe driving experience. At the rear of the Chevrolet Equinox, the engineers were conservative and maintained a style already present in some vehicles of the brand abroad. The taillights are separated and extend to the side of the SUV, but differentiate from the competition and do not feature interconnected lights.
It comes with an integrated spoiler and a bumper in natural plastic or with Black Piano details for the top trims. In its new generation, the Equinox now has a length of 4.65 m, a width of 1.90 m, a height of 1.66 m, and a wheelbase of 2.73 m.
Interior of the Chevrolet Equinox 2025

Practicality is also a strong point of the new Chevrolet SUV, as its trunk offers an excellent 845 L of capacity, which can reach an impressive 1780 L when fully folding the rear seats. This allows for the transportation of larger items with ease.
The Chevrolet Equinox SUV is synonymous with comfort and has space for five adult occupants. The interior is spacious and well distributed, offering plenty of comfort, ample legroom, and a quiet cabin.
The seats are leather-covered in the higher trims, providing an additional touch of luxury both in appearance and feel. The Equinox has adopted floating screens for the 11-inch multimedia center and a digital instrument panel.
The MyLink interface offers connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay wirelessly. In addition to this feature, it includes a personal assistant, items like a wireless phone charger and a Premium audio system with six speakers. These features are standard and ensure a connected and pleasant experience for all passengers.
Chevrolet SUV Will Also Be Available in Hybrid Version
In terms of powertrains, one of the great qualities of the new Chevrolet SUV is its efficient 1.5 Turbo gasoline engine capable of developing 175 horsepower.
The front-wheel-drive versions will have a CVT transmission and will be capable of delivering up to 25 kgfm of torque. The all-wheel-drive variants will be offered with an eight-speed automatic transmission, achieving torque figures close to 28 kgfm.
The new and unprecedented hybrid system is not much different from the one used in the GWM Haval H6 SUV, except for the numbers mentioned earlier.
The version of the new SUV uses the same 1.5 with 175 horsepower but works in conjunction with a 190-horsepower electric motor. The torque availability of the electric motor aids performance, and Chevrolet claims a 0 to 100 km/h in 6.8 seconds for this model.
The combustion efficiency is around 11.5 km per liter in the city and 13.3 km per liter on the highway. Meanwhile, the hybrid models impress with an incredible range exceeding 1000 km. The forecast is that this fourth generation will be available for sale by the first half of 2025, with potential prices ranging from R$ 250,000 to R$ 280,000.
