MEC platform centralizes free master’s degree opportunities in federal universities and expands access to postgraduate courses in different regions of the country, with open calls, filters by area of study, and selections confirmed for admission in 2026.
Through the Training Portal, integrated into the More Teachers program, the MEC centralizes information on stricto sensu postgraduate courses offered by public institutions, including master’s options aimed at candidates who have already completed their undergraduate studies in different areas of knowledge.
In addition to in-person and online training, the platform allows programs to be located by region, research area, and university, which facilitates the search for students interested in competing for free vacancies open in various parts of the country.
Free Master’s Degree Gains Space in Federal Universities
Among the selection processes already confirmed for 2026 is the Master’s in Education at Unifesp, on the Guarulhos campus, which offers 40 vacancies and foresees the start of academic activities in the first semester of 2027, according to the schedule released by the institution.
