The Positions Offered By The New Inmetro 2023 Contest Are For The Positions Of Executive Analyst And Researcher-Technologist

The Inmetro Contest, from the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology, was approved by the Ministry of Management and Innovation of Public Services on June 16, 2023. The big news for candidates is that the official notice should be published by December of this year, within the first 15 days. With the approval secured, candidates can start preparing to secure a position in this agency, which will offer a total of 100 positions.

Positions and Available Vacancies at Inmetro

The 100 available positions in the Inmetro Contest are divided into two categories: 40 positions for the role of Executive Analyst in Metrology and Quality and 60 positions for Researcher-Technologist in Metrology and Quality. However, it is important to note that these vacancies will not be sufficient to fill all the currently vacant positions in the institute.

Inmetro has a staff with open positions in various areas, including Executive Analyst, Executive Assistant, Specialist, Researcher-Technologist, and Technician in Metrology and Quality. For those wishing to work at Inmetro, the expectation is that other contests will be held after this one to fill all available seats.

Salaries and Benefits in the Inmetro Contest

The salaries offered to the approved candidates in the Inmetro Contest are attractive, and in addition, federal employees recently received a 9% raise in their salaries. Thus, the salary values for the positions at Inmetro are as follows:

Technician in Metrology and Quality: R$ 3,584.87;
Executive Assistant in Metrology and Quality: R$ 3,826.20;
Researcher-Technologist in Metrology and Quality: R$ 8,700.28;
Executive Analyst in Metrology and Quality: R$ 8,700.28;
Specialist in Metrology and Quality: R$ 19,951.55.

In addition to the salaries, federal employees are entitled to various benefits, including Food Allowance, Meal Voucher, Childcare Assistance, Transportation Voucher, and others. Therefore, in addition to the intellectual challenge that the Inmetro Contest represents, the remuneration and additional benefits make this opportunity even more attractive for candidates.

It is worth noting that the notice has NOT yet been published, so candidates need to stay tuned for updates on the selection process and should not forget to follow the CPG, which will provide information about the contest.
