A model of excellence in industrial maintenance in the oil and gas sector, with a presence in more than 30 offshore exploration and production units and in six refineries, Elf is intensifying its work using its operational base in Mossoró, in Rio Grande do Norte. Currently, the company employs 850 employees at the Potiguar unit, in four different contracts. The last one, recently closed, provides services in Guamaré/RN, for managing ports with cargo and personnel logistics.
The contracts with Petrobras at the Mossoró base involve operations and maintenance of electrical networks, onshore wells, cranes and offshore platforms. In addition, a contract was signed with one of the largest thermoelectric plants for engines powered by fuel oil in the world. Inaugurated in 2011, the Elfe base in Mossoró has approximately 64 m² and two drilling rigs. The company also has two other operational bases, in Macaé (RJ) and Canoas (RS) and is present in 23 states and the Federal District.
