Market-Driven Training
According to SENAI’s General Director, Gustavo Leal, the numbers show the importance of professional and technological education. “SENAI continuously works to keep up with market trends and offers courses that incorporate the latest innovations, training professionals who learn by doing from the very beginning,” he stated.
The research also revealed that 75% of graduates occupy formal positions with signed work cards. This number represents a growth of 1.1 percentage points compared to the previous report, from 2021-2023.
Employability as a Result of Practice
The practical methodology adopted by SENAI is one of the factors identified as critical to high employability.
The courses are built in partnership with the productive sector, ensuring that the competencies developed are in line with market demands.
The survey also revealed that professionals working in the same area in which they were trained earn salaries 27.6% higher than those who switched sectors, reinforcing the positive impact of specific technical training.
The survey reinforces that investing in high-quality SENAI technical courses can open doors to the job market in strategic areas.
With high employability rates and good acceptance by companies, SENAI’s technical courses demonstrate that professional training continues to be a sure bet for those seeking rapid insertion and sustainable growth in their careers.
