RD Station, a leader in software development for small and medium-sized enterprises, will open more than 100 positions by the end of 2021. About 40% of the positions are in technology – software development and product management, in addition to other areas such as sales, customer success, marketing, and talent management. The opportunities are for remote or in-person work, and most do not require a university degree.

The company’s Director of Talent Management, Anderson Nielson, emphasizes that women occupy 25% of the technical positions at RD, and there is an intentional effort to bring more women into technology and leadership positions. In addition, all job openings are open to people with disabilities, and there is a specific talent pool for this audience. Watch the video below to learn more about the company.

There are currently four open positions in the product area, two of which are exclusive and affirmative for women: Product Designer; Product Design Lead; Female Product Manager Specialist; and Female Product Leader / Data Protection. RD Station was recognized in 2021 by GPTW as the third-best company in Brazil for women to work and has been among the best companies in the overall ranking for the past seven years.
