After A Long Stop, It Is Finally Back To Oil And Gas Operations In The Atlanta Field, In The Santos Basin, By Enauta
Enauta brings good news this weekend by announcing the successful resumption of operations at the Atlanta field, its main asset located in the Santos Basin. After a scheduled maintenance shutdown of the FPSO Petrojarl I, the company managed to restart production in the area, boosting its activities in the oil and gas exploration and production sector.
During the maintenance shutdown of the Atlanta field in the Santos Basin, Enauta identified the need to implement improvements to the pump system connectors, which led to operational adjustments during the remaining activity period of the FPSO Petrojarl I. Among these adjustments, the reprogramming of the production of well 7-ATL-2HP-RJS (“2HP”) for the fourth quarter of 2023 stands out.
The decision to reprogram the production of oil and gas in the Santos Basin demonstrates Enauta’s commitment to optimizing its operations and ensuring the efficiency and safety of the Atlanta field. With this strategy, the company aims to maximize the potential of its assets and contribute to the development of the energy sector in Brazil.
