- Prepare, plan, organize, and control activities, contracts, work teams, and resources for the execution of works according to established cost, quality, safety, and deadlines;
- Manage teams, oversee material and financial resources for the project;
- Lead and manage team members: select, train, guide, provide feedback, apply disciplinary measures when necessary, develop, inform, give guidelines, and motivate people.

Electrical Engineer – Projects
- Design, analyze, approve, and comment on projects, drawings, technical specifications, material lists, reports, and diagrams related to electromechanical projects of electrical substations of various voltage classes;
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and material lists;
- Provide technical support to management, directors, coordinators, engineers, and supervisors;
- Size and specify substation equipment;
- Update the DSM 2020 Work Plan;
- Update indicators and the management dashboard for DSM;
- Manage the SIG SYSTEM;
- Manage Safety and Health indicators;
- Organize folders and documents following the principles of the SGI – Integrated Management System;
- Standardize SOPs and supporting documents for the area;
- Provide support to management on matters relevant to the area.
- Develop and adapt procedures (crossing energized lines, installation and removal of signaling spheres);
- Update various procedures;
- Be responsible for daily work reports;
- Update production control – schedule;
- Conduct technical field monitoring.
Design foundations and reinforced concrete or metallic structures, earthworks, drainage including development of calculation notes and material lists for substations.
