Requirements for the Position

To participate in the selection process, it is necessary to meet the following requirements:

Minimum Experience: 6 months as an occupational physician.
Education: Complete Graduation in Medicine with specialization in Occupational Medicine.
Registrations: Active CRM and RQE.
License: Valid category B driver’s license and availability for travel.

The professional will need to work in different municipalities in the region, which requires flexibility and willingness for short trips, depending on the needs of the units.

Selection Process

The selection process is divided into four stages, with a defined schedule for each phase:

Cultural Fit and Competencies Test: Conducted online between 16/12/2024 at 4:00 PM and 17/12/2024 at 4:00 PM. Results announced on 17/12/2024 at 6:00 PM.
Competency Interview:
- Date: 19/12/2024, starting at 9:00 AM.
- Location: SENAI Blumenau, Rua São Paulo, 1147 – Bloco A – Victor Konder, Blumenau – SC.
- Duration: 30 minutes.
- Criteria evaluated: Proactivity, Results Orientation, Technical Knowledge, Analysis, and Synthesis.

The final result will be announced on the same day, 19/12/2024, at 4:00 PM.
