Vacancies at Estaleiro Brasfels in the city of Angra dos Reis were recently announced and are for different professional profiles, among them, functions for fundamental, medium and superior levels. Brasfels informs that all vacancies are extended to people with disabilities. Sete Brasil accepts proposal and works on the Brasfels and Jurong rigs will resume.
After an intense period of analysis, Sete Brasil's creditors approved Magni Partners' proposal for the acquisition of the four rigs that are at a standstill at the Brasfels shipyards, in Angra dos Reis (RJ) and Jurong, in Aracruz (ES).
It is worth remembering that the British company's proposal was 54% lower than the appraised value of Sete Brasil, which demanded a longer period of analysis from the creditors, since, as it was in judicial recovery, the proposal needed to be screened by them in a meeting.
