With a success rate of 89% in Guyana, the company views Brazil as a prime location for its global exploration efforts, as factors such as good rocks, favorable commercial terms, fiscal stability, and technological advancements are conducive to its operations.
ExxonMobil Announced It Achieved Record Profits in the First Quarter of 2023, Reaching US$ 11.4 Billion, or US$ 2.79 per Share.
Despite including some unfavorable items related to additional European taxes on the energy sector, the company was able to meet its expectations for capital and exploration spending, which should be between US$ 23 billion and US$ 25 billion. These results were attributed to the growth of high-quality assets, improvements in the mix, and cost and execution efficiencies.
