The Technical School Support Foundation (Faetec), in collaboration with Cisco Brazil, launched a free course in Endpoint Security. The course is part of the Cyber Education Marathon and offers an opportunity for those who want to acquire knowledge in an increasingly relevant field in the digital age. Enrollment is open until September 22, and interested individuals must fill out a registration form available on the Cisco platform.

The Role of Faetec in the Cyber Education Marathon

Alexandre Louzada, a professor at Faetec and instructor in the Cyber Education Marathon, highlighted the importance of the free course for students and professionals interested in the field of cybersecurity.

Louzada emphasized that information security is a crucial topic in the current context and that the marathon offers a valuable opportunity for learning.

Professor Louzada reinforced that participation in the marathon is not limited to Faetec students.

“The invitation to participate in the cybersecurity marathon is open to everyone. It is a chance for anyone interested in learning about information security and qualifying for the job market. Anyone who wishes to enroll through our academy can participate,” he stated.

Content and Benefits of the Free Course

The free Endpoint Security course covers the processes of defense and protection of devices connected to the network.

The participants will learn essential techniques and practices to protect computers and other devices against cyber threats.

With the increase in the number of connected devices and the constant evolution of digital threats, the demand for qualified professionals in endpoint security is high.

In addition to providing technical knowledge, the course offers the chance for participants to be selected for the Second Phase of the Selection Process of the Marathon.
