How Selection Works
The selection process is by lottery, ensuring equal opportunity for all. The lottery will take place on July 15, and selected candidates must enroll between July 24 and 26. Classes, lasting 20 weeks, will begin on July 29. The courses will be offered in 98 units spread across the state of Rio de Janeiro.

- Hairdressing: 40 slots, minimum age of 16
- Point-to-Point – Sewing and Circular Economy: 40 slots, minimum age of 18
Enrollments and Documentation
To register, candidates must present the following documents:
- Identity card
- CPF
- Proof of residence (electricity, water, or phone bill)
- Proof of schooling (or completion certificate of qualification course/proof of professional experience, depending on the course)
