A Window of Opportunity for Technicians in the Offshore Sector
Foresea, renowned in the offshore drilling sector, announces the launch of the Offshore Development Program – PDO Foresea. This pioneering initiative is aimed at professionals with technical training seeking experience in drilling rigs. Offering 50 positions, the program combines theoretical training, in partnership with Firjan SENAI, and practical experience through supervised embarkations. Applications are open until January 31, accessible through the Gupy portal with the keyword “trainee.”
Accelerated Development and Practical Experience
The PDO Foresea provides a unique opportunity for technicians without offshore experience who aspire to work in the sector. Selected candidates will be hired by Foresea under the CLT regime, with competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental plans, food vouchers, transportation, incentives for physical activity, private pension, life insurance, and more. According to Heitor Gioppo, COO of Foresea, the program offers accelerated development and a high-level technical career path, enabling the new members to operate in an environment of operational excellence and safety.
Program Structure and Selection Process
The selection process for the PDO Foresea seeks candidates with technical training in mechanics, mechatronics, electrical, electronics, electrotechnics, petroleum and gas, or related vocational courses. The program, lasting two years, will begin in April, alternating periods of theoretical classes and practical embarkations. Initially, the cycles will be 7 days each, evolving to 14 days in 2025. Trainees will undergo a gradual evolution in their roles, aiming for consolidation in the technical areas corresponding to the end of the program.
