With 2,221 open spots, the Training Pathway expands the offer of free courses in Baixada Santista, brings training in mobile units and partner entities, and reinforces professional qualification in areas such as gastronomy, technology, beauty, mechanics, and elderly care.

2,221 spots in free courses are available in Baixada Santista through the Training Pathway, an initiative of the Social Fund. Registrations remain open for residents of the region, with classes between June 8 and 18.

Free courses arrive in Baixada Santista

The stage includes Bertioga, Cubatão, Guarujá, Itanhaém, Mongaguá, Peruíbe, Praia Grande, Santos, and São Vicente. With the expansion, the program now serves the entire Baixada Santista and completes its expansion to the 16 administrative regions of the State of São Paulo.

The training will be conducted in mobile units equipped for practical classes. The structure allows bringing qualification to the cities, bringing residents closer to courses aimed at entering, staying in, or re-entering the job market.

Areas include gastronomy, technology, and beauty

The classes cover areas such as gastronomy, fashion, beauty and well-being, technology, mechanics, hospitality, pet care, and training for elderly caregivers. The offer aims to meet various profiles of workers and people interested in learning a new activity.

In addition to the mobile units, the Training Pathway will also serve communities supported by 16 partner Civil Society Organizations. In these entities, there will be training in gastronomy, beauty and well-being, crafts, technology, administration, electrical, and elderly care.

The course durations vary between 20 and 40 hours, depending on the chosen course. Classes at the CSOs will take place in the institutions themselves, expanding the reach of the initiative in areas already supported by local organizations.

Registrations remain open

Registrations are free and must be made through the site cursofussp.sp.gov.br. On the website, interested parties can find information about courses, schedules, and service locations.

The spots are limited and remain open until the classes are filled or until the second day of class in each municipality. Promoted by the Social Fund of São Paulo, the program is part of SuperAção SP and has already trained more than 14,000 students in 290 municipalities in São Paulo.
