The Federal Government Announced the Opening of Millions of Positions in More Than 100 Categories of Free Online Courses for Beginners, Intermediates, and Advanced Levels in the Manufacturing, Technology, and Finance Sectors.

The Federal Government announced the opening of 5.5 million positions in 134 free online courses in the information technology, finance, and manufacturing sectors. The training program is executed on a platform created in partnership with the software giant Microsoft.

Free Government Courses Aim to Insert People into the Job Market

According to the government, the 4.0 Worker School primarily focuses on helping workers seeking a position in the job market, those considering a career in the sector, or those wishing to make a career transition.

The free online courses range from basic options for those who are not very familiar with computers to intermediate level courses for employees looking to improve their skills, and classes for those with advanced knowledge.

Beginners have options like: Work with Computers, Create Digital Content, and Access Information Online.

For those who already have intermediate knowledge in the area, free courses such as “Introduction to Programming” and “Personal Productivity (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)” are some of the options.

The free courses on Power BI, artificial intelligence, and data engineering are topics aimed at candidates with advanced knowledge in the sector.

For entrepreneurs, the platform offers, in partnership with XP Investimentos, a series of free online courses on financial education and Excel, such as learning about investments, relationship with money, and organizing finances.

Those who wish to enroll must first take a leveling test for better suitability.

The list of available free courses is available on the program’s website. To enroll, interested individuals must access the Worker School website.

It is important to mention that all free courses are certified by the Ministry of Labor and Employment and Microsoft.

To enroll, it will be necessary to register using a username, CPF, email, among other details. Shortly after filling out the form, an email will arrive informing your username and password to access the platform.
