The Ibrame Group has won the Green Seal from Ambipar Certification, a company specialized in certification services for the Ambipar Group. The certificate attests to the compliance with all environmental standards, including waste valuation and circular economy practices, as provided for in the National Solid Waste Policy (PNRS).
The Ibrame Group’s post-industrial waste management and circular economy practices were evaluated by Ambipar Certification as part of the certification process. The Green Seal is granted to companies that have been evaluated and deemed qualified after undergoing independent audits specific to the certification of services or processes, in accordance with NBR 17.067.
Those managing the waste produced along their supply chain according to a Green Seal standard are considered examples for the rest of the sector. Companies will be re-evaluated every three years and subjected again to the analysis processes to verify compliance with the required guidelines and requirements, as well as the PNRS, as part of the certification renewal process, in addition to periodic annual maintenance. The organization would receive the seal again if its application was successful.

We are pleased to grant certification to a second company that has acted with honesty and dedication. The importance of this cannot be overstated. Elaine Cristina Moreira, Technical Director of Ambipar Certification, is excited about the growing trend of institutions seeking to improve their processes. “This is very important when we also think about the issue of waste and the future we want for our planet,” she states.
Luiz Osvaldo Pastore, shareholder and chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ibrame Group, states that “at this moment of strong business consolidation, we seek to show our clients and partners a sustainable and reliable path in preserving the environment.” Pastore summarizes, “Ambipar Certification, a recognized entity accredited by Inmetro as OCP 0170 – Certification Body for Products, Processes, and Services, in the condition of Independent and Impartial Body for carrying out activities under the regular evaluation of CGCRE of INMETRO – granted the “Green Seal” to our production process based on recycled copper products.
