Job Responsibilities
The selected professional will be responsible for various activities related to service and administrative support within the hospital.
Among the main duties of the position are:
locating and confirming appointment bookings;
issuing guides for exams and procedures;
guiding beneficiaries about bookings and available services;
filling out and organizing necessary documentation for services;
conducting biometric registration for patient eligibility;
requesting procedure authorizations from health operators;
controlling and organizing medical records;
rescheduling appointments as needed, contacting patients;
supporting the administrative team with related tasks.
Requirements and Work Schedule of the Hospital Receptionist
Candidates must have completed high school and be available to work on a 12×36 schedule, from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
Although prior experience is valued, it is not mandatory.
