Outpatient Receptionist – Porto Alegre (RS)
The position of Outpatient Receptionist at Hospital Humaniza (NDI Unit – Imaging Laboratory – Reception) requires the professional to be responsible for a series of crucial activities for patient care. The responsibilities include performing appointment location and confirmation of consultations, issuing guides in the system, and guiding beneficiaries on questions and providers. In addition, the professional must complete the necessary forms for medical care, conduct the biometric registration of beneficiaries, enter data into the TISS document (Health Care Information Exchange) and request authorizations from other operators when necessary. The scope of the role also includes the organization and control of medical records, rescheduling appointments in case of medical absences, and executing other related activities.
