How To Participate In The Law Internship At IF Baiano
The Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology Baiano (IF Baiano) announced on May 19, 2025 the opening of the selection process for a law internship, aimed at students interested in working at the university’s Rectory, located in the Imbuí neighborhood in Salvador (BA). Candidates must apply by May 26, 2025, by filling out the electronic form available on the official website. The opportunity is intended for students in their 5th semester of law and also for graduate students in Public Law.
Activities And Working Hours Of Law Interns
The selection provides for the filling of one immediate vacancy for graduate students, in addition to forming a reserve list for both levels. Interns will work in the legal department of the Rectory, performing activities such as monitoring administrative processes, drafting opinions, and analyzing contracts. Undergraduate students will start with a weekly workload of 20 hours, which can be extended to 30 hours as per institutional need. Graduate students will have a workload of 30 hours per week.
Scholarship Amounts And Benefits Offered By The Institution
The scholarship amounts vary according to the workload and level of education. Undergraduate students initially receive R$ 787.98 for 20 hours and can earn up to R$ 1,125.69 if they increase their workload. For graduate students, the scholarship will be R$ 1,665.22 per month. IF will also provide transport assistance of R$ 10 per day worked, based on the actual days of attendance at activities.

Details Of The In-Person Exams Of The Selection Process
The selection stage will take place on May 28, 2025, at 2 PM, and will be held at the Administrative Unit Professor João Batista Alves Novaes. The unit is located at Avenida Tancredo Neves, no. 2242, in the Stiep neighborhood of Salvador, and will therefore be the only location for the selection. During the undergraduate exam, the board will administer 25 objective questions, in addition to one mandatory essay question. For the graduate candidates, however, the committee will only require 15 objective questions and two essay questions. The organization will not charge an application fee; however, it will voluntarily request the donation of 400g of powdered milk. The donations collected during the process will be sent to previously registered charitable institutions.
