Registration Is Open for the Women Mil Program, with 200 Spots in Five Cities of Mato Grosso do Sul.
IFMS (Federal Institute of Mato Grosso do Sul) has opened registration for free courses aimed at women. The program offers 200 spots in various areas, as well as a monthly scholarship of R$ 600. This initiative is part of the Women Mil Program.
Who Can Participate in the Free Courses?
The opportunity is intended for women aged 16 years or older. Candidates must be in a situation of social and economic vulnerability. Women who are victims of violence are also a target audience for the program. To enroll, it is necessary to have completed elementary education.
What Are the Courses and Available Spots?
The courses are in-person and last for four months. Classes are held three times a week, with a load of 3 hours per day. The spots are for the Initial and Continuing Education modality (FIC) and are distributed across five municipalities:

How the Training Scholarship Works and the Benefits
Selected students who maintain attendance in classes will receive the Training Scholarship. The financial aid has a monthly value of R$ 600. The goal is to help cover expenses with food and transportation during the course period.
Registrations and Selection Process
Registrations are free and must be completed by September 1st. Interested individuals need to access the Candidate Page in the IFMS Selection Center, fill out the registration form, and submit it in the system.
The selection will take into account criteria such as age group, employment situation and risk, family income, and the number of residents in the same household. The preliminary and final results will be announced on September 2nd and 5th. The anticipated start date for classes is September 9th.
