PetCamp, The Pet Market Icon, Is Established As The Largest Network In The Sector In São Paulo
The excellence of PetCamp’s logistics operations is seen in the market as one of the drivers that elevated the company to be the leading pet player in the São Paulo market. The logistics structure for growth will be the theme of the presentation by consultant Luís Carlos Martão, co-founder of ILOGG Intelligent Logistics, at the 30th edition of the Logistics Workshop, Solutions and Trends, which includes the PetCamp case. The event is free and takes place on November 8, from 8:30 AM to 4 PM, at Centreventos Itajaí. It is organized by the Logistics Panel Group and AO Solutions, with local partnership from the Secretary of Economic Development and Tourism.
In this case, the specialist will showcase the logistics transformation that PetCamp underwent to become one of the references in the pet segment in the country. “A journey that involves the strategic design of the supply chain, including the store and e-commerce replenishment model, encompassing new processes and technologies, team structuring, a new distribution center, and the new transportation network,” points out Martão.
PetCamp was founded in 1995 and is now established as the largest pet shop network in São Paulo. The brand’s expansion plan aims to open 200 stores in the next 5 years. Currently, there are 44 stores spread across different cities in the state. In addition to physical stores, e-commerce accounts for an important share of the group’s revenue.
