At the beginning of 2025, influencer Theulyn Reis, 26, went viral on social media by showing the construction of her artificial beach in a mansion still under construction. The project aims to create a space inspired by the Maldives.

The construction process began to be shown by Reis at the beginning of January 2025. In her posts, she displayed stages of the work and emphasized that it requires many details done by hand.

Inspiration from the Maldives

The coconut trees were positioned around the structure to create an environment reminiscent of famous beaches like those in the Maldives, a reference mentioned by Reis in her online posts.

The influencer also stated that she intends to add small colorful fish to the lake of the artificial beach in the future to complete the visual planned for the residential space.

In another post, Reis wrote that everyone was looking forward to the final result of the work and highlighted that she was surprised by the extraordinary beauty of the new area.

On that occasion, she also stated that she would continue to show the final details of the artificial beach when the construction was completed and ready.
